I see the 27,000-29,000 estimated annual cancers coming up from our over-enthusiasm with imaging eventually racking up another chunk of deaths to add to our current situation. Part of our patient safety situation looks like an "accidental" "quality conspiracy" that enjoys a profitable focus looking in the wrong direction. <br />Terms like killing and medical holocaust may not resonate well with many, but boldness is needed to move forward.
